QR Tags FAQ - How Wapas Karo Works

How do I register my QR?
Scan the QR on your accessory with your phone camera. On first scan, enter your name, phone, and what the item is used for. Your details stay private until a finder needs to contact you.
Will finders see my phone number?
By default, no. Finders get WhatsApp or Call actions without seeing a plain number, unless you explicitly choose to show it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Pakistan. EasyPaisa online payment may also be offered at checkout when enabled.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your Order ID (no login needed), or sign in and open Orders. Status moves: Placed ? Confirmed ? Packed ? Shipped ? Delivered.
My QR was already registered — what now?
Contact Support with your order or QR code. After we verify the purchase, we can reset ownership so you can register it again.
How do support tickets work?
Open Help & Support, describe the issue, and track replies under My tickets in your account.
What is Wapas Karo?
Wapas Karo sells pre-printed QR acrylic keychains and smart tags in Pakistan. If your keys, bag, pet tag, or wallet card is found, the finder scans the QR and can contact you privately via WhatsApp or call — without Bluetooth or GPS.
How does the Smart Key Protector work?
Clip the QR keychain on your car, bike, or home keys. If someone finds them, they scan the code, open a private contact page, and reach you on WhatsApp or call so you can get your keys back.
Do I need an app to use the QR tag?
No app is required. The finder uses their phone camera to scan the QR. You register once from the scan page and manage items under My QR after login.
Is delivery available all over Pakistan?
Yes. We ship nationwide with Cash on Delivery through our courier partners. Enter your city and address at checkout and we will confirm by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I buy for my whole family?
Yes. Browse all products in the shop — key protectors, pet tags, kids pendants, wallet cards, and luggage tags. Buying multiple tags covers keys, bags, and pets in one order.
Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
Yes. If you want bulk stock for your city or shop, apply through our reseller program. We discuss city packages over WhatsApp.
Is this the same as a Bluetooth key finder?
No. Bluetooth/GPS finders need batteries and apps. Wapas Karo is privacy-first QR recovery — anyone with a phone can scan and contact you, even without your app installed.
